Lindsay Lohan has reportedly turned to big shot lawyer Robert Shapiro in a desperate bid to stay out of prison.
Shapiro, who was apart of the legal “Dream Team” which represented OJ Simpson at his murder trial, will ask the judge to the actress in a rehab facility instead of sending her to the clink, TMZ.com reported.
Shawn Chapman Holley, the former lawyer for the “Herbie:Fully Loaded” actress, quit after Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in prison for violating her probation stemming from a 2007 driving while intoxicated case.
