Prison guard loses custody of baby conceived with cop killer

The prison guard who bore a baby boy for notorious cop killer Ronell Wilson has lost custody of the tot after a Long Island family court judge ruled she displayed reckless disregard for his safety.

Citing her boozing, drugging, and generally irresponsible behavior, Suffolk County Judge David Freundlich yanked Nancy Gonzalez’s rights to little Justus in a scathing decision that bashed her for brazen neglect.

Gonzalez admitted to a shrink that she has twice driven drunk with the boy in her car — and even veered onto the wrong side of the road and blacked out on one of those occasions after taking him to see his father in prison.

Freundlich ruled that she has repeatedly placed the child in serious danger and could not be trusted to care for him.

Citing Wilson’s brutal murder of two undercover cops during a buy and bust gone bad on Staten Island in 2003, Freundlich has already dumped Wilson’s attempts to claim paternal rights.

Gonzalez, who had sex with Wilson while working as a federal jail guard watching over him, will be sentenced for the illegal tryst later this month.

Wilson is on death row after being sentenced to die by lethal injection for the slaying of NYPD detectives James Nemorin and Rodney Andrews.

Justus has been placed in the care of Gonzalez’s relatives.
