Pink flamingo seen in SoHo

It appears that the owners of hip Miami clothing boutique The Webster — Laure Heriard Dubreuil and Milan Vukmirovic — along with their pink flamingo logo, have just plucked a Big Apple outpost at 29 Greene St.

The building was purchased for $6.1 million at the end of January from a Newport, Calif.-based investor.

Founded in 2008, Miami shoppers can browse 100 designers at The Webster’s three-story, 20,000-square-foot neon-lit Art Deco building topped with a roof deck.

There is room for fashion shows, an art gallery café and the Paris-based Caviar Kaspia. Last year, Target teamed up with The Webster for its Shops at Target Collection.

On Greene Street, the nearly 4,000 square-foot 1920-era two-story building can accommodate a roof deck and two to three floors of browsing. It was previously leased to marketing alchemists Two Hustlers, which recently moved to 50 White St.

Neither the current broker nor anyone from The Webster returned our calls and e-mails. This could get interesting.
