A man is suspected of impersonating a cop and robbing a pedestrian in Midtown, authorities said.

The suspect approached the victim at West 33rd Street and Eighth Avenue on Jan. 13 at 10 p.m., police said.

He flashed a phony shield and claimed to be a cop, police said.

He demanded that the victim show him ID and hand over a cellphone, then went into a subway station and compelled the victim to “swipe” him through the turnstile with a MetroCard, police said.

The thief, in his 20s, is 5-foot-7 and 200 pounds, police said.

A man is suspected of attempting to rob a Midtown bank branch, authorities said.

The suspect entered the PNC branch at Penn Plaza near West 31st Street on Feb. 5 and passed a demand note to a security guard, police said.

The guard balked and the suspect fled empty-handed, police said.

A retired NYPD sergeant was arrested for threatening her husband with a gun in Arden Heights, authorities said.

Angela Scibetti, 51, was arguing with her husband, Maurice Dore, 57, Friday in their home on Berry Avenue near Annadale Road at 8:10 p.m. when she started poking him in the chest, police said.

He pushed her away, at which point she allegedly put the gun to his neck.

“You’re not my husband anymore,” Scibetti allegedly yelled at him.

She was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

For his part, Dore was charged with misdemeanor assault, records show.

Law-enforcement sources said Scibetti had three loaded guns in her home, all registered to her.

A cop hung on as a drug suspect in a car dragged him for 100 feet in Bulls Head, authorities said.

Richard Marcus, 49, and passenger Katherine Ziras, 31, were allegedly parked on South Avenue near Glen Street Friday at 4:10 p.m. when a narcotics officer spotted a drug exchange, according to court documents.

The officer went over to the car, and Marcus peeled out, dragged the officer 100 feet and stopped, court records show.

Cops found drugs on the suspects and in the car, court papers state.

Marcus and Ziras were hit with several counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, records show.

Marcus was also slapped with charges of assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, records indicate.

He was being held on $35,000 bail, sources said.

Brooklyn

A man is suspected of breaking into a Fort Greene apartment, authorities said.

The suspect entered the apartment in a Clinton Avenue building through an open door on Feb. 9 at 2:30 p.m., police said.

He pocketed property and fled, police said.

The thief is believed to be in his 20s, standing about 5-foot-10 and weighing 175 pounds, police said.

He’s got nuttin’ to show for it.

A thief tried to flee with 75 pounds of almonds stolen from a delivery van in Williamsburg, but ended up in the slammer after crashing his car, law- enforcement sources said.

The sources say Juan Ayala, 35, allegedly took three 25-pound boxes from the van parked on South 8th Street near Bedford Avenue at about 4 p.m. Sunday, sources said.

He allegedly tried to run with the nuts, but ended up dropping the boxes.

About two hours later, the suspect allegedly smashed his car into a parked van on Wythe Avenue, two blocks from the nutty crime scene.

Members of the Williamsburg Shomrim Patrol held the suspect for police, according to a source.

Ayala was charged with third-degree burglary and attempted petit larceny, among other raps.
