Daughter of Queens man pushed to his death from subway platform suing MTA

The daughter of the Queens man who was pushed onto the subway tracks last December slapped the city’s transit authority with a lawsuit over his grisly death.

Ashley Han, the college age daughter of victim Ki Suck Han, 58, of Elmhurst, brought the suit in Manhattan Supreme Court today.

The transit authority failed to keep the platform “in a safe condition” and were negligent in controlling the Q train approaching the 49th Street Station on December 3, 2012.

“Ki Suck Han sustained severe injuries including but not limited to blunt impact to the head and crush injuries of the head and torso resulting in death,” the suit recounts.

His wife and daughter have “been of the services, society and consortium” of their husband and father, the suit charges.

The family is seeking reimbursement for funeral expenses and additional monetary damages.

The transit authority did not immediately return calls for comment.

A Times Square drifter named Naaem Davis was charged in the killing.

He’s due back in court on April 25 and faces life in prison if convicted.
