Cop’s rape accuser stumbles over story at his NYPD trial

A Brooklyn cop’s ex-girlfriend, who claimed that he beat and raped her in a car on Staten Island after they broke up, stumbled during cross-examination at his departmental trial Monday.

The woman admitted that she’s given cops different names and birthdays for herself during various incidents over the years.

She also had told investigators that former boyfriend and Officer Arthur Roldan raped her in the back and front of the car a year after they broke up — but now says the alleged crime only occurred in the back, noted the defendant’s lawyer, Roger Blank.

Blank contended that the woman said Roldan grabbed her violently during the alleged assault but that there was “no sign at all of any trauma’’ afterward.

He also referred to back-and-forth texts between the pair which he said proves the pair were anticipating a romantic encounter.

At one point during her testimony, the woman revealed that she had a breast augmentation, two butt implants, a nose job, full-body laser hair removal and dental work.

Roldan has been suspended with pay since the woman made the allegations in 2012. A grand jury failed to indict him.
