A cat burglar who ripped off three Washington Heights apartments in a five-hour spree in mid-March was caught fleeing on surveillance video.
The sneaky crook got into apartments through an alley — and in three of the cases, he escaped by climbing down the fire escape, cops said.
Authorities released video of the alleged con artist carrying a duffel bag as he climbed down one fire escape and skulked off into the night.
All of the burglaries occurred in three neighboring buildings in the late night and early morning of March 15 and 16.
The creep ripped off cash, jewelery and electronics from three apartments. but took no loot from a fourth apartment, cops said.
