Two men killed in accidents

Two men were killed in accidents in Queens and Brooklyn, police said today.

Kiyanoush Asif, 20, was riding his motorcycle in Murray Hill about 5:30 p.m. yesterday on Northern Boulevard and Murray Street when he collided with a 2011 Honda Accord, cops said.

The 54-year-old driver was making a left turn onto Murray Street after signaling when Asif accelerated his 2005 Kawasaki and hit the passenger side rear door of the Honda, cops said.

He died at Flushing Hospital. The driver stayed on the scene, and no criminality is suspected.

Asif lived in Flushing, and is a student at Hunter College, according to his Facebook profile. The social media page shows pictures of him riding on his bike.

A skateboarder was also killed early today in Brownsville, police said.

The 25-year-old was riding along Rockaway Parkway when he hit the back of an MTA bus at the intersection with East New York Avenue about 12:50 a.m., cops said.

EMS rushed the man to Kings County Hospital, but he could not be saved.

His name was not released pending family notification.
