Homeless man arrested for allegedly raping acquaintance outside Port Authority

A 52-year-old man was arrested early Saturday after he allegedly raped a woman outside the Port Authority Bus Terminal, sources say.

Joseph Johnson was cuffed at about 7 a.m. after allegedly raping an acquaintance near the Lincoln Tunnel, sources said.

PA cops found Johnson — a thug with a record of about 70 arrests — after the unidentified victim ran into the nearby Port Authority Bus Terminal for help.

Johnson is being charged with rape, sexual assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon and menacing, police say.

Sources told The Post Johnson is homeless.

The victim was transported to Roosevelt Hospital, law enforcement sources said.
