Fashionista Richie Rich will see charges dismissed for ditching on $1700 hotel tab, if he keeps his nose clean for six months

Faltering fashionista Richie Rich stumbled into a Manhattan court today on charges he skipped out on a $1,700 hotel bill.

Wearing beat up leather boots, Richard Eichhorn, 44 , tripped as he approached the judge and let out a giggle.

“Six months from today as long as you stay out of trouble, the charges will be dismissed,” Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Laurie Peterson told him.

“Thank you so much,” Rich replied with a grin.

The once high-flying designer who cofounded fashion label Heatherette wore an all black ensemble including a beret, a raincoat, saggy pants and a black cloth bag with a hole in it.

The has-been designer had no comment as he left the courthouse. “It’s a non-issue,” said his defense lawyer about the case.

Last week, a judge issued a warrant for the party-boy’s arrest after he missed a court appearance for the misdemeanor theft of services charge. He later turned himself in.

Rich and lingerie designer pal Chantelle Warr stayed at the Times Square Westin for three days starting June 7th and racked up a $1700 bill before fleeing.
