The body of an elderly houseboat resident was found floating beneath a dock yesterday afternoon, authorities said.

The 74-year-old man’s boat was moored in Plumb Beach Channel off Ebony Court in Gerritsen Beach when his body was spotted at 12:35 p.m., cops said.

The city’s medical examiner will determine the cause of death, cops said, adding that no criminality was suspected.

It was quite a haul.

Jocelyn Francis, 24, loaded a shopping cart with more than $1,000 worth of groceries, DVDs and other items Thursday evening at the 12th Street Pathmark in Gowanus, court documents say.

She then tried to leave without paying and wound up charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, the records show.

Another sticky-fingered shopper was busted in Sunset Park, police sources said.

Navil Gomez, 24, allegedly swiped more than $200 worth of DVDs, socks, underwear and Red Bull from the Third Avenue Costco at about 3 p.m. Jan. 26.

She was arrested later that day and charged with petit larceny, the sources said.

Investigators yesterday identified a 20-year-old man gunned down at a baby shower just after midnight Saturday as Brooklyn resident Jamie Joseph.

He was one of two men shot at the party in a Fleetwood-Concourse Village recreational center on East 165th Street near Third Avenue, police said.

Joseph, who took three bullets to the torso, was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital, cops said.

The other victim, shot once in the abdomen, was listed as being in stable condition at the hospital, the cops said.

There had been no arrest as of last night.

All he wanted was some free beer — at first.

Manuel Collazo, 48, walked into Big M’s Deli at East Tremont and Prospect avenues in Tremont at 8:40 p.m. Feb. 3, went straight for where the beer was, grabbed two six-packs and headed for the exit, according to court documents.

But a clerk cut him off and demanded that he pay up — and that set off the thirsty Collazo.

He reached into his pocket but not for cash; instead, he allegedly pulled out a knife and threatened the clerk.

“How about you give me the money? Today, you give me the money!” he snarled, the records state.

When the clerk refused, Collazo spat in his face, again demanded the cash and punched him in the head, the court papers say.

He then ran out, only to be arrested a short while later on a long list of charges, including attempted robbery, assault, weapon possession, menacing, and harassment, the records show.

William Cali wrote himself phony scripts for oxycodone on a real doctor’s prescription pad and then filled them in Prince’s Bay, court papers say.

Cali, 25, was arrested Thursday and charged with picking up the pills at Prince’s Bay Pharmacy on Seguine Avenue in December 2011, according to the documents.

The alleged fraudster had left the bogus prescription for 180 oxycodone tablets three days earlier, the records state.

Authorities said they were investigating where Cali obtained the prescription pad.

He was charged, meanwhile, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a forged instrument, petit larceny, and prescription fraud, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

An elderly man was arrested after a teacher reported seeing him with his pants down in front of a West Brighton Catholic school, authorities said.

Frank Lebano, 77, was parked outside Blessed Sacrament, on Delafield Avenue, at about 2:30 p.m. Jan. 29 and masturbating, the teacher told the arresting officers.

Lebano insisted that a medical condition forces him to urinate frequently and that he was relieving himself into a cup, law-enforcement sources said.

What he apparently couldn’t explain away was why he was doing so in front of a school.

He was arrested Thursday and charged with public lewdness, court records show.

When a man got home and noticed his 32-inch LED television missing, he checked surveillance video — and recognized a familiar face, cops said.

The video shows Joseph Schubert and Tanya Barcomb, acquaintances of the homeowner, breaking into his shed on Jan. 28 and fleeing at about 2 a.m., court papers say.

The TV had been stored in the shed, the man told investigators — and, sure enough, the video shows Schubert, 35, carrying a large bag as he ran away, and Barcomb, 29, on his heels, holding a soda and paper towels, according to the documents.

They were arrested Feb. 4, confessed and, according to the records, were charged with burglary, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
