Sports reporter Erin Andrews will have to fork over her medical records in a massive peeping-Tom lawsuit she filed against Marriott hotels, according to documents obtained yesterday by The Smoking Gun.
The court order allows Marriott to see Andrews’ medical records and mental-health information.
Andrews filed the $10 million suit after being filmed naked through a peephole by a stalker inside a Marriott hotel in 2008.
Andrews is suing both the hotel chain and her convicted stalker, Michael David Barrett, after Marriott allegedly told the creeper which Nashville, Tenn., hotel room she was staying in.
In the suit, Andrews said she suffers from “severe and permanent emotional distress.”
The incident resulted in a nude video of the then-ESPN star that went viral online.
