A pretty special-ed teacher was on the verge of tears yesterday as she faced off in court against the accused “cannibal cop,” who the feds say planned to kidnap and sell her to a online cohort for $5,000 so she could be raped and murdered.

A clearly rattled Alisa Friscia said she met defendant Gilberto Valle through his now-estranged wife, a former colleague at PS 375 in East Harlem with whom she had socialized with other co-workers “a handful of times.”

When asked whether she knew what Valle did for a living, Friscia, her voice cracking, said, “He’s a police officer.”

But while Friscia, 29, said the few hellos she exchanged with Valle meant “nothing” to her, prosecutors say she made a lasting impression on the six-year NYPD cop, who allegedly posted photos of the brunette beauty — apparently taken from her since-shut down Facebook account — to a creepy porn site, darkfetishnet.com, in a folder he titled “Tasty Girls.”

He’s also accused of scheming online to get paid $5,000 to stuff her into a suitcase and deliver her to New Jersey auto mechanic Michael Van Hise to use as a sex slave before being murdered.

Valle’s lawyers claim that his Internet activity was merely an expression of his bizarre sexual fantasies and that he never planned to actually harm anyone.

But when asked by Manhattan federal prosecutor Hadassa Waxman whether she had ever told Valle “it was OK for him to engage in conversations about you involving kidnapping and other violence,” Friscia said, “Of course not.”

Earlier yesterday, FBI Agent Corey Walsh testified that Valle asked Van Hise over e-mail if he would prefer Valle kidnap one of his NYPD supervisors — identified only as “Evelyn,” age 33, whose photos Valle kept on his computer. Van Hise, Walsh said, wrote that he would rather “just stay with alisa.”

Walsh also said during cross-examination that he believed Valle was sincere when he allegedly made online plans with two other Internet pals to abduct two or three women — including his wife, Kathleen Mangan-Valle — during a week in February 2012.

Meanwhile, sources told The Post that one of those men, Dale Bolinger — known by the screen name “Moody Blues” — had been busted in England on kiddie-porn charges.

The sources said Bolinger, 57, was one of two men from Canterbury, outside London, who were arrested on Feb. 21.

A spokeswoman for the Kent County police said both men were released on bail, adding that “Kent Police has been in contact with US law-enforcement agencies in relation to this investigation.”

In online chats with Valle, Moody Blues claimed to have eaten a woman and a 5-year-old girl.

Bolinger is a nurse who is separated from his ailing wife, The Telegraph newspaper reported.

“I don’t know anything about the arrest. We are separated. I haven’t seen him for over a year. He is my husband in law only,” said wife Rosemary, who suffers from cerebral palsy.
