Criminal charges against the stepdaughter of former Gov. David Paterson were dismissed from a knock-down 2011 brawl with her publicist ex-boyfriend in his MacDougal Street apartment, authorities said.
As part of a March 2012 Manhattan Criminal Court plea deal, all charges were dismissed yesterday against Ashley Dennis, who had been accused of smashing former beau Brian McGuinness in the head with a frying pan and a bottle in a predawn fracas.
Dennis took anger-management courses and served eight days of community service.
The criminal slates have now been wiped clean for Dennis, 24, and McGuinness, 31. He’d been accused in since-dismissed charges of strangling Dennis amid their brawl.
They’re still embroiled in civil litigation.
