LIRR ad: Don’t go ‘there’

Long Island Rail Road riders are blushing over a “vulgar” ad that’s featured inside 200 trains and touts popular vaginal-tightening exercises.

“Ladies, admit it. You’re doing kegels right now,” reads the poster from Veria Living, a TV channel that promotes living a healthy lifestyle.

One rider said his 9-year-old son asked him about “kegels,” which some women use to tone up after childbirth.

“This is vulgar, gross and inappropriate for public sites,” the Long Beach branch rider fumed.

“What is wrong with this world?”

It might be embarrassing, but the MTA said it does not violate its ad policies.

“As a public agency, we’re not at liberty to pick and choose what ads we carry based on content,” a spokesman said.

“Provided that an ad adheres to our basic advertising standards, it must be posted.”
