Fraternity ‘thug’ slapped with 10 charges

The frat boy accused of violently mugging a woman in a Brooklyn subway station was charged with 10 assault and robbery-related charges yesterday after he was caught with an envelope of cash that belonged to the woman, officials said.

Aidan Folan, 21, was arrested after a former fraternity brother saw surveillance video of the college dropout allegedly beating Dina Perez, 56, while wearing a hoodie with the frat’s Greek letters on the chest.

Freed on $50,000 bail, Folan declined to speak to a reporter, while his mom said, “I’m his mother. Show some respect.”

Folan threw Perez against a wall, kicked her in the face, grabbed her hand and stomped on her chest before scattering her bag’s contents across the station floor, according to a criminal complaint.

Perez suffered a broken hand, a swollen eye and bruises.

Folan’s old frat brothers from St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights say they recognized his Alpha Phi Delta hoodie as well as the nickname “Stugotz 27” printed on the hoodie.

“We are embarrassed he was part of our brotherhood,” said one. “We were just appalled.”

Folan’s charges include robbery, assault, grand larceny and menacing. Law-enforcement sources said this was his first arrest.
