New York finance heavyweights and celebs are lining up to check out’s Richie Notar’s new Harlow restaurant in Sag Harbor, which is right on the water where the mega-boats dock.
Notar, a former partner in the famed sushi restaurant Nobu, opens Harlow officially this weekend. The Hamptons’ Harlow will have the same menu as Harlow in the city, by executive chef Danny Ye.
It will likely be a masters of the universe, model magnet crowd in the Hamptons, where Notar has a license to stay open until 4 a.m.
“Maybe one or two nights we’ll have a few parties. It’ll be good, but it will be civilized fun. It’s not
spraying champagne on you and people falling into the ocean,” said Notar, who worked at Studio 54 in its heyday before launching his restaurant empire.
