HILL & BILL: ‘TERM’INATORS

Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton unexpectedly hit Mayor Bloomberg yesterday with a one-two punch on term limits.

Sen. Clinton, who earlier had declined to take a position on the explosive issue, said last night it was “disturbing” that term limits was approved at the ballot box, but now might be changed through legislation.

“It is disturbing that voters voted twice, so I think that the City Council and the mayor have to first go through the hearings they’re holding and try to figure out what they will do,” she said on New York 1.

The first public hearing on the issue is 1 p.m. today at City Hall before the council’s Committee on Government Operations.
