CUSTODY WAR’S FITTY CONCLUSION

Rapper 50 Cent came to terms yesterday with his estranged baby mama over visitation rights for their 11-year-old boy – a deal reached in the hallway of a Long Island courthouse.

The star can visit Marquise, his son with ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins, one weekend a month, one month during the summer, half the boy’s winter and spring school vacations and on certain holidays.

“I’m happy it’s actually done with,” Fitty said.

Attorneys for the warring parties worked on the deal in a hallway, then took it back inside the Suffolk County Family Court room for Judge David Freundlich to sign off on it.

Afterward, Tompkins repeated her previous claim that Jackson has shown only sporadic interest in a bond with his son.

She said that 50 Cent lobbied to see Marquise two weekends a month.

“Marquise didn’t want that,” she said. “He’s going to get visitation on his terms.”

“This is p.r.,” Tompkins then said of Fitty’s stated desire to be in the boy’s life.
