A Manhattan strip-club owner vowed yesterday to “crush” the city in federal court over his claims that he’s been falsely labeled an Albanian mobster.
Selim “Sam” Zherka’s $100 million civil-rights lawsuit against the city and the Westchester police commissioner alleges that he’s been harassed by the NYPD and subjected to a bogus probe by the Manhattan DA.
Zherka, who owns the VIP Club and Cheetahs, blamed Westchester DA Janet DiFiore, who’s been repeatedly blasted by The Westchester Guardian, a weekly paper he publishes.
Zherka said he has a tape of DiFiore: “She said, ‘How would you like it if someone came after your family?’ ”
The city Law Department declined comment.
But Westchester County spokeswoman Susan Tolchin called the case “ludicrous” and said Zherka was “under criminal investigation due to his own problems.”
