Hoping to encourage more people to cycle around town, the city is proposing zoning regulations that would require bike parking in all new large buildings.
The proposal, subject to a public review period that begins next Monday, would require enclosed and secure spaces for bikes in new multiresidential, commercial and institutional buildings.
