HALF-NAKED CAMBRIA HEIGHTS 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL FOUND DEAD

A 14-year-old girl was discovered viciously slashed to death in her blood-splattered Queens home yesterday, cops and family said.

Sabrina Matthews’ father, a driver for the Administration for Children’s Services, called police to say he found the body of his daughter – naked from the waist down with her throat slit – in her bedroom at their Cambria Heights home shortly before 1 p.m.

Livingston “Buzzy” Matthews knocked on the door of neighbor Vincent Oakley, who said the man was “crying and totally out of it.”

“He said, ‘Vin, I found my daughter, come, come,’ ” Oakley, 68, said.

Police sources said there were no signs of a break-in.

When Sabrina’s mother, Sharida, arrived home from her job a short time later, neighbors heard her scream, “Why, why? Who killed my baby?”

Sabrina’s grief-stricken aunt, Delores Kelly, said the girl was so smart, she was nicknamed “Brains.”

The girl’s friend, Cheyenne Champagne, 15, recalled her as a “normal teenager” trying to fit in as a freshman at Van Buren HS.

She said Sabrina was interested in boys but not yet seriously dating.

Livingston Matthews was interviewed by detectives at the 105th Precinct station house and sent home.

Police said there had been three “domestic incident” reports at the house but didn’t provide further details.

A source said those incidents involved the father and one of the victim’s three older sisters.

Sharman Stein, a spokeswoman for the ACS, said the father was an employee of the agency, but wouldn’t comment any further.
