STYLIST TAKES $HOT AT ANNIE

Working with Annie Leibovitz on a series of Disney ads was anything but a fairy tale for a New York celebrity stylist, who is suing the famed photographer for allegedly stiffing her on nearly $400,000 pay.

Nicoletta Santora, in a lawsuit filed in Manhattan, accuses Leibovitz of failing to pay her in full for her work – which included creating the Cinderella gown Scarlett Johansson wears in this signature shot.

The ad campaign cast stars, including Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez and David Beckham, as Disney movie characters.

According to the suit, filed this month by Santora’s company, The Art Department Creative Services, Leibovitz had agreed in advance to the stylist’s daily rate of $6,000 plus a 20 percent agency commission and wages for her assistants.

Between July and December of 2007, the company sent a series of bills charging more than $515,000 for the work.

But so far, Leibovitz has shelled out just less than $130,000.

A call to a Leibovitz representative was not returned. Santora’s lawyer, Neal Johnston, said Leibovitz has verbally agreed to pay the balance but has not yet done so.
