WAL-MART AUTOPSY

A Wal-Mart security guard had the life literally crushed out of him during a Black Friday stampede of bargain-hungry Long Island shoppers, according to autopsy results.

Jdimytai Damour, 34, of Queens, “died from positional asphyxia, meaning he was trampled to death,” said Nassau Police Commissioner, Lawrence Mulvey. He added that Damour had no security training and was assigned the position simply because he was 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds,

In another development, a 14-year-old girl said yesterday she was punched in the face and knocked to the ground at the Wal-Mart about an hour before the stampede, when she tried to calm a woman who got upset because people in the crowd bumped into her.

Alicia Sgro said the woman punched her and her aunt in the face.

“I fell down, she pulled my hair and pulled me up by my hair,” the teen said. She said her arm and nose were broken when she fell.

In a statement yesterday, Wal-Mart said it would continue to cooperate with the investigation.
