NOVICE late-night host Jimmy Fallon expanded his pres ence late Tuesday night on his new Web site, latenight – withjimmyfallon.com, by two minutes and 49 seconds.
His second video blog Tuesday mushroomed to four minutes, 25 seconds – up significantly from the 1:36 length of Monday night’s Video Blog No. 1.
Fallon launched these no-frills, low-budget vlogs this week to whet viewers’ appetites for his takeover of NBC’s “Late Night” from Conan O’Brien in March.
On Monday’s vlog, the star of “Fever Pitch” and other films showed off his new studio at 30 Rock and then introduced his show’s band, The Roots.
On Tuesday, Fallon sat before a computer screen and read some viewer comments before ambling over to a scale model of his new set that was sitting in an open crate. He pointed out various features of the set, including trapdoors built into the floor designed to facilitate surprise guest appearances. He even noted that childhood photos of himself are available on latenightwithjimmy- fallon.com.
Childhood photos? Is there no limit to this man’s ego?
