NEW BJORK CITY

Bjork is on the prowl for a Manhattan apartment. The hot-blooded Icelandic singer/paparazzi pummeler is searching TriBeCa and SoHo for a three-bedroom place in the $5 million to $6 million range, sources say.

She was most recently spotted viewing a three-bedroom duplex loft at 79 Laight St., a condo building known as the Sugar Warehouse, with a $4.995 million asking price. The open layout measures more than 3,500 square feet with 16-foot ceilings, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a woodburning fireplace and Hudson River views.

We reported last month that Naomi Watts was touring the very same unit when it was sporting a $5.3 million price tag.

Lyonne’s den

Natasha Lyonne has found a buyer for her studio penthouse.

The Gramercy Towers unit at 200 East 16th St. includes a 42-foot wraparound terrace, a beamed ceiling, open views and ample closet space. The closing price is $440,000.

Previously, the “American Pie” actress had been renting an apartment from actor Michael Rapaport, in a building he owns on East 18th Street. In late 2004, Lyonne was arrested after being accused of intimidating her neighbor and threatening to molest the neighbor’s dog.

Rapaport evicted her in 2005, citing her hard partying and complaints by tenants. He subsequently discovered that the apartment had been left in a state of disrepair.

Lyonne soon found herself bunking at Bellevue and later at Beth Israel hospital for multiple health and head problems.

Since then, she’s managed to pull herself out of the abyss. She completed four films this year and also found a new boyfriend – and now, a new rental in the East Village.

Alda news that’s fit to print

Alan Alda has snapped up another apartment on his floor at Millennium Tower on West 67th Street.

The legendary “M*A*S*H” star and his wife of 51 years, Arlene, have paid $3 million (in her name) for an adjacent two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condo with 1,248 square feet of interior space. They also got it for $150,000 less than the asking price.

The couple already have two adjoining high-floor apartments with 2,400 square feet that they reportedly bought in 2000 for $4.9 million. Neighbors include Howard Stern and Regis Philbin.

In fact, Reeg mentioned just yesterday on his morning gabfest that he ran into Alda as the actor was grabbing the morning paper in a fancy blue robe.

Pincus slip

The palatial Pierre hotel pad belonging to Lionel Pincus has just had a major price adjustment. Now the 14-room duplex in the famed Fifth Avenue building is sporting a $43 million price tag after a $7 million reduction.

Located on the entire 30th floor and half of the 31st floor, the co-op of approximately 7,000 square feet features sweeping Central Park views. There are five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and staff quarters. Included in the $27,423 monthly maintenance are hotel services such as maid service and pillow mints.

The 79-year-old founder of private equity firm Warburg Pincus, who was ruled mentally incompetent in 2006, was caught in the middle of a nasty lawsuit between his two sons (his legal guardians) and his girlfriend, Princess Firyal of Jordan. The princess wanted to make the spread her home, but Pincus’ sons, were allowed to put it up for sale.
