WIFE STAYS TRUE BLUE TO ‘CAD’

She’s challenging the call that he’s playing the field.

The enraged wife of Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce threw a hissy fit yesterday – insisting that her husband isn’t the man caught on surveillance video groping a mystery woman at a West Side strip club an hour before his teammate Plaxico Burress accidentally shot himself.

“That’s not even him,” she said, before slamming the door of her Totowa, NJ, home in a Post reporter’s face.

But the replay, obtained by The Post, clearly shows Pierce and a petite woman strolling into the West 38th Street strip joint on Nov. 28 at 11:21 p.m.

The footage later shows the two looking cozy together in an upstairs bar area.

The woman is seated on a barstool as Pierce looms over her – and at one point he leans in to kiss her while briefly stroking her buttocks.

Pierce is also caught on video playing with the woman’s long hair and flirtatiously leaning in towards her neck and chest.

While teammates came and went at Giants Stadium yesterday, Pierce was a no-show – just a day after the team got clobbered on the road by the Dallas Cowboys, 20-8.

Pierce even canceled his paid weekly radio gig on WFAN yesterday.

Host Mike Francesa said Pierce “had to cancel with everything going on” – but did not elaborate.

Francesa added that Pierce “will join us Friday” to discuss the Giants’ Sunday-night game against the Carolina Panthers.

Pierce was married on May 24 to TV personality and model Jocelyn Maldonado, 28, on the island of Maui. Members of the band Jodeci sang the love song “All My Life” for the couple’s first dance.

But his beloved wife is nowhere to be seen on the compromising video.

The Post reported that the mystery woman in the strip-club footage was also with Pierce later that night at the East Side club Latin Quarter when Burress’ gun went off – and eventually ended up driving both Big Blue players to New York-Cornell Hospital in Pierce’s SUV.

The video surfaced a week after it was revealed that Pierce, Burress and teammate Ahmad Bradshaw partied with some lovely ladies at the Head Quarters strip club before heading east to Latin Quarter.

The players knocked back two bottles of top-shelf Patron tequila at Head Quarters and then slovenly helped themselves to a Thanksgiving feast meant for club employees in an upstairs bar area.

Burress has been charged with weapons possession.

Following the shooting, Pierce took Burress’ .40-caliber Glock to his own New Jersey home. He has since cooperated with cops and hopes not to be charged.

The incident also triggered a probe by the state Health Department and NYPD into New York-Cornell Hospital, which admitted days after the shooting that it broke the law by hiding the fact that Burress – under the alias Harris Smith – was treated for a gunshot wound.
