SPITZER AT ‘HAPPY ENDING’ PARTY

Disgraced ex-New York governor Eliot Spitzer finally showed his face last night after months in social seclusion — and the venue was apt.

Spitzer, now a columnist at Slate, attended the online magazine’s holiday party at Happy Ending, a club in Chinatown.

The club is famous for once being a massage parlor, and guests of the bar can sit in tiled booths that used to host clients.

Spitzer famously resigned earlier this year after being named by federal agents as “Client No. 9” in a prostitution ring bust. Feds said he was being serviced by Ashley “Kristen” Dupre, a New Jersey gal who worked as a high-end escort.

When asked at the party how he enjoyed being a columnist, he told the Financial Times, “It sucks. I used to be governor of New York.”
