An MTA employee filed a charge of discrimination against the agency this week, alleging that her job duties changed after she became pregnant.
Lori Ann DiPalo, who has been a Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority officer for six years, filed with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that she was stripped of her weapons and had to become a toll booth attendant last summer.
