The ringleader of a gang of racist thugs that went on an election-night rampage on Staten Island pleaded guilty to federal charges yesterday and told a judge he was drunk and angry about President Obama’s victory.
Ralph Nicoletti, 18, admitted he conspired to violate black voters’ rights in a deal that will likely land him behind bars for 12 years.
“I was angry. I was drunk,” Nicoletti told Brooklyn Judge Carol Amon. “After Obama was elected, we decided to go after black people.”
