Billionaire Mayor Bloomberg is refusing to agree to a spending limit for his third-term bid, dismissing it as ridiculous.
He poured $155 million of his own money into his first two campaigns.
Asked yesterday whether he would agree to such a limit, he would not even discuss the issue at first. He then said he wouldn’t be bound by how his opponents ran their campaigns.
