A perv exposed himself to a teen on a PATH train in Greenwich Village, cops said.

Ivan Garzon, 28, of upstate Maybrook, exposed his private parts and fondled himself in front of a 17-year-old girl as the train approached the Ninth Street station Tuesday at about 4:10 p.m., officials said.

The girl got up and walked to another car, but Garzon followed her while he continued to touch himself, police said.

When the train doors opened, the girl ran to Port Authority Police officers, reported the crime and pointed out the suspect, cops said.

Garzon was charged with public lewdness.


Brooklyn

A 22-year-old woman scared off a would-be rapist during a terrifying attack in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police said.

The suspect approached the victim from behind, grabbed her by the neck, indicated he had a gun and shoved her into a vestibule in an apartment building near the corner of Myrtle and Tompkins avenues Monday at about 1:50 a.m., cops said.

The attacker ripped off the victim’s shirt and bra, fondled her breasts and pulled down her pants, police said.

The victim screamed for help and scared off the attacker, who snatched her cellphone and $60 on his way out the door, according to police.

The suspect is believed to be in his 30 and was last seen wearing dark clothing, black sneakers and was holding a pair of gloves in his hand.


A cigarette-smoking robber trashed a Bushwick bodega and attacked employees before cleaning out the cash register, surveillance video shows.

The suspect walked into the Mini Deli Market on the corner of Broadway and Kossuth Place at about 10:50 p.m. on Monday, cops said.

A clerk asked the smoker to go outside, but the robber demanded cash, police added.

When the worker refused to hand over money, the suspect jumped the counter, threw a chair, attacked three clerks, grabbed all the bills from the register and fled with $2,000, according to cops.

The suspect is believed to be in his 30s, was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.


Queens

An off-duty sanitation worker was charged with driving while impaired after speeding over 90 mph in Forest Hills, cops said.

Roy Foster, 29, was allegedly changing lanes without signaling and speeding on the Grand Central Parkway, near 67th Road, at about 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday, when police pulled him over.

Cops suspected he was drunk and high on marijuana, but Foster refused to take a breathalyzer test, officials said.

The sanitation worker was charged with driving while his ability was impaired by drugs and alcohol, unsafe lane changes, speeding and refusing to take the breath test.


Staten Island

A woman armed with a scalpel slashed a 23-year-old woman in West New Brighton, leaving the victim with 65 stitches, authorities said.

The victim was leaving an elevator on the sixth floor of an apartment building on Henderson Avenue, near Alaska Street, on March 9 at about 5:30 a.m. when Sayleen Jordan, 34, slashed her in the neck and chest with the scalpel, a Criminal Court complaint states.

The victim was seriously injured and was taken to Richmond University Medical Center, where she received stitches for her wounds, officials said.

Jordan was charged with assault and weapon possession.

It was not clear what sparked the dispute.


A woman was charged with drunken driving after she blew a red light near the Bayonne Bridge in Port Richmond and confessed to drinking several beers, officials said.

Toni Van Name, 23, ignored the traffic signal as she drove her 2006 Nissan through the intersection of Morningstar Road and Walker Street at about 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, cops said.

When Port Authority Police pulled her over, she said she had several beers, then failed a field sobriety test, according to police.

She took a breathalyzer test, blew a .15 and was charged with DWI and running a red light, according to Port Authority spokesman Joseph Pentangelo.
