The rookie cop who body-checked a bike-riding protester in Times Square last July has been quietly tossed off the force, The Post learned.
Patrick Pogan, 23, was caught on video shoving Critical Mass bicyclist Chris Long to the ground. His NYPD stint was “terminated” on Feb. 10, an official said.
