DOC’S PLAN TO FILM HIT ON HUBBY

A Queens doctor accused of hiring an assassin to kill her dentist husband, planned to videotape the murder as insurance in case the hit man decided to double-cross her, prosecutors said yesterday.

During closing arguments in Queens Supreme Court, prosecutor Brad Leventhal said Mazoltuv Borukhova, 35, hired her relative-by-marriage Mikhail Mallayev, 51, to rub out her husband Daniel Malakov so she could get full custody of their 4-year-old daughter.

He said Borukhova planned to film the occasion. “It was insurance on him in case he double-crossed her,” Leventhal told the jury.

Malakov, 34, was delivering the girl for a visit with her mother when he was shot dead in October 2007 in a Forest Hills park.

Borukhova and Mallayev both face murder and conspiracy charges in Malakov’s death..

The jury began deliberating last night.
