VH1’s “Tough Love” pre miered to good numbers Sun day night, snaring 2 million viewers (10-11 p.m.) and hold ing 85 percent of its “Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels” lead-in (2.4 million viewers).

“Tough Love” hosts, Ste ven and JoAnn Ward, mean while, will be at Apotheke (9 Doyers St.) tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. to host a cocktail party for the show’s fans.

Elsewhere on cable, Com cast is making “Twilight” available On Demand on Sat urday – the same day the movie (Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart) is released on DVD. There will also be three “Twilight” featurettes.

Former “American Idol” fa vorite Constantine Marou lis (Season 4) is making the move to Broadway in “Rock of Ages,” which ran off- Broadway and will open April 17 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (W. 47th). Previews began last night; Maroulis is reprising his role as “Drew.” The show is a “tongue-in- cheek love story” with a soundtrack featuring hits from Journey, Bon Jovi, REO Speedwagon and other ’80s arena rockers.

* Julia Roberts makes her first-ever visit to “Live with Regis & Kelly” today (9 a.m./ Ch. 7) . . . Rose McGo wan (“Nip/Tuck”) at Pink El ephant . . .
