Baby-Face Butcher crash suit

She says she’s been Baby-Faced Butchered.

Notorious teen murderer Daphne Abdela — dubbed the “Baby-Faced Butcher” after her gutted victim turned up floating in Central Park Lake 12 years ago — claims in a lawsuit she suffered “serious personal injuries” from an April car accident in Harlem.

The lawsuit gives no details of Abdela’s injuries, using only standard legal language indicating she was “rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled, experiencing mental anguish, great pain and suffering and has remained so since said occurrence.”

All parties to the case — including defendants Karen Coniglio and Thomas Scapoli — declined comment.

Abdela was a drunken, 15-year-old prep-school brat when she admittedly joined fellow pint-size killer Christopher Vasquez in brutally attacking 44-year-old real-estate broker Michael McMorrow during an argument as they drank beer near Strawberry Fields.

It was Abdela who ordered the gutting — complaining, “He’s a fatty” — in the failed hope that the corpse would sink. She was released from prison in 2004 after serving six years for manslaughter.
