Brad Pitt has secretly purchased a $1.13 million bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper reported Tuesday.
The paper reported that the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bar area and even has a cave built into the foundations.
“The house oozes character,” a source told the Daily Mail. “Brad has had his eye on it for some time but he decided now was the right time to buy because he wanted a place to call his own.”
“He needs somewhere quiet that doesn’t have memories of Angie and where he can be alone and think about what he does next,” the source added.
Media speculation on the fate of the star couple has hit fever pitch ever since The News of the World first reported rumors of the couple’s split Sunday.
