Feds to sell jewelry Anne Hathaway got from imprisoned ex-boyfriend

The feds are preparing to auction off the jewelry that the Oscar-nominated actress got from her imprisoned ex-boyfriend.

Legal papers filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court show that prosecutors are taking ownership of nearly 30 valuable items seized from real-estate fraudster Rafaello Follieri and “recovered . . . from an individual who received them from the defendant.”

Hathaway’s soon-to-be-forfeited bling includes two Rolex watches, a five-strand, pearl-beaded necklace, two rings and a Louis Vuitton box.

Follieri’s stash consists of a dozen pricey watches, a Cartier figurine and a Tiffany clock.
