‘Wives’ DUI

The newest “Real House wife,” Sonja Morgan, is making a name for herself — at the Southampton police station.

Morgan was so soused after being busted for drunk driving early Memorial Day morning that she gave cops contradictory accounts of her booze intake, sources told The Post.

The ex-wife of J.P. Morgan’s great-grandson was pulled over by a Southampton Village cop in one of the richest neighborhoods in the Hamptons at 2:16 a.m. after she failed to halt at a stop sign, police said.

When quizzed, Morgan — who was driving a 2006 BMW — told police that she drank two glasses of wine at a party and was heading to the home of a friend in Water Mill where she was staying, sources said.

At police headquarters roughly 90 minutes later, Morgan said that she drank a single martini at the Southampton party.

Morgan, who is in her first season of the Bravo show “The Real Housewives of New York City,” refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was hit with a DWI rap.

She was also ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to stay in her lane and not wearing a seat belt.

Morgan flunked all field sobriety tests, including the gaze exam, the one-leg stand, the walk and turn and an alphabet quiz.

She was released on her own recognizance but will have to appear in Southampton Village court June 21.

The intersection on First Neck Lane where Morgan was stopped is a few doors from the Hamptons homes of designer Calvin Klein and author Tom Wolfe.

Vice President Joe Biden was reportedly staying at an estate on First Neck Lane over Memorial Day weekend.

A few hours after her arrest, Morgan posted a message on her Facebook page: “Headed back from weekend with family. Hope u all had a great one. I am one exhausted mom.” Additional reporting
