Sub-push ‘fiend’ pleads not guilty in R-train attack

Accused subway push-fiend Jose Rojas pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges today for allegedly shoving a fashion designer into the path of a Manhattan R-train over the summer.

Cops say Rojas, 25 — a cook at Cipriani Downtown with a clean criminal record –blamed the incident on being drunk.

He allegedly shoved Ute Linhart, 39, creative director of the fashion firm Bravado, into an oncoming train at the 28th St. station in August. He is being held without bail.
