J-WOWW’s nude pictures ‘a lot more graphic’ than ex admits, lawyer says

The nude photos of “Jersey Shore” cast member Jenni “J-WOWW” Farley that a judge blocked her ex-boyfriend, Tom Lippolis, from releasing are “a lot more graphic” than Lippolis claimed, FOXNews.com reported Friday, citing Farley’s lawyer.

“Jenni is obviously very happy that the judge saw it her way,” Farley’s Long Island, N.Y.-based attorney Rudy Fusco said. “Tom is out there right now, doing a lot of press, radio shows and the Twitter, the Facebook — all that fun stuff. I saw a post of his describing the pictures, and that’s not the whole story — trust me. The pictures are a lot more graphic than that. They’re not what he’s making them out to be.”

Lippolis allegedly took the pictures when the reality star was under the influence of anesthesia, both before and after she had liposuction and a second breast augmentation operation.

Farley’s argument was that since she was dazed from the effects of anesthesia, she was not able to consent to Lippolis taking the photos. Lippolis claimed that since Farely mused to him, pre-fame, about posing for Playboy, he should be free to publish the pictures.

“He’s also trying to say that Jenni is just throwing this in there as a way deflect attention from the contractual argument that they’re having — and that’s not true at all, either,” Fusco said. “If he remembers, we sent him a letter back in September requesting these photos and avoiding any legal action, which he obviously declined.”

Lippolis described Farley’s body in the series of snaps as being “deformed” with “tons of cellulite,” telling Radar Online, “There were two-inch scars on her nipples and after the surgery, they had stretched the skin and removed the scars.”

That was not the last word Lippolis had on the scandal. After Judge Jeffrey S. Brown of New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County sided with Farley and prevented the release of the photos, Lippolis told Radar Online, “At this point, the nude pictures should be the least of her worries, she has much bigger issues in her life that she needs to deal with.”

Farely broke up with Lippolis late last summer, which was documented on Thursday’s episode of “Jersey Shore.” After breaking in to the Long Island, N.Y., home that she had shared with Lippolis, Farley discovered that her bed, a watch and a hard drive were missing. The footage suggests Farley’s personal files were ransacked and her PayPal account drained.

“There’s a lot to more to the story that Jenni has not released yet,” Fusco said. “We’re thinking about releasing some background information so that people can get a better picture of the crap that he’s trying to and what these pictures truly represent.”
