Cops already busted career criminal, Stanley Williams, 20, of Brooklyn on Spencer Street and DeKalb Avenue shortly after yesterday’s 4 p.m. shooting during a gun battle between at least two perps over a dice game, police said.

Little Isaiah Rivera was playing in a sprinkler at the Roosevelt Houses in Bed-Stuy when the bullets started flying. He was hit in the leg and taken to Kings County Hospital, where he is in stable condition, police said.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg visited Rivera late this afternoon.

Cops nabbed Williams after receiving a tip.

A second suspect who fled from the scene is still at large, police said.

Williams has 11 prior arrests, including one from last August for criminal possession of a weapon, police said. Eight of his other arrests are sealed.

Williams was charged with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
