If Katie Holmes tries to make a land grab as part of her divorce jab at Tom Cruise, she’s got plenty of posh properties to choose from.
The couple owns at least three homes between them.
Their holdings include a town house on West 12th Street in Greenwich Village with 8,113 square feet of living space — an astounding amount by city standards.
They paid just above $15 million for the property in 2009.
They also have two other prized properties, these on the West Coast.
Cruise purchased one, in Hollywood Hills, for $9.85 million in 2005 before he married Holmes.
Two years later, the pair paid more than $30 million for a Beverly Hills mansion that features a tennis court and seven bedrooms, and boasts soccer titan David Beckham and fashion wife Victoria for neighbors.
