Judge nix on ‘200G thief’ plea

The brother of disgraced former city jails chaplain Rabbi Leib Glanz revealed in court yesterday that their 90-year-old dad doesn’t know they pleaded guilty to stealing more than $200,000 in federal rent subsidies.

Menashe Glanz asked during sentencing to be spared any jail time — so he could continue to keep the old man in the dark.

But Manhattan Judge Kevin Castel said he had to send a message to other would-be crooks, and sentenced Menashe, 51, to six months in the slammer and another six months under home confinement, plus a $3,000 fine.
