It’s good to take a stand against bigotry — although you might want to sober up first.

A Rock Hill, SC, man was arrested after he called cops to report a “racist display” at a neighbor’s house. He claimed that the metal lid of a fire pit was “a pile of mud with the skeleton of a black person drawn on it.”

The cops found no such “display,” but they did find that the man was both high and drunk.

A student was suspended from a Utah school because she dyed her hair too red.

Rylee MacKay, 15, was told her new ’do went too far and looked purple and pink in the sunlight, distracting other students.

She was forced to sit in an office to do her work.

There are a lot of sad children in Fairfax, Va.

A school PTA there raised $35,000 the hard way, through bake sales and other fund-raisers, and used the money to buy some brand-new playground equipment.

But just days after the equipment was installed, school officials decided it was too dangerous and condemned it, even though the same kind is used on 1,200 other playgrounds around the country.
