Banker gets 5 years in jail for sexually assaulting gal pals with lacrosse stick

A psycho Hell’s Kitchen banker who enjoyed sexually assaulting his girlfriends with his lacrosse stick is going to prison for at least the next five years after pleading guilty to the twisted attacks yesterday.

Daniel Brown, 33, had little choice but to admit he brutally violated his two young girlfriends — both professional women in their 20s — because the encounters had been consensually videotaped, including their screams of pain and terror once the encounters turned violent.

Still, both women continued to date Brown — and to consent to being videotaped during sex — even after suffering the vicious assaults, the defense had contended.

“You ruined my Thursday night!” Brown can be heard shouting in one videotape as he violated one of the women in his W. 57th apartment.

Cops recovered some 100 videotapes of sexual encounters — along with a small stash of cocaine — when they raided Brown’s apartment in 2011, when the first woman came forward after a year of repeated abuses, including getting her head smashed into Brown’s wall mirror.

The assaults were so cruel, and so indisputably documented on tape, that prosecutors wanted Brown to serve 15 years prison, assistant district attorney Carolina Holderness told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon before Brown copped his plea yesterday.

The judge said he will sentence Brown to just seven years, plus ten years probation, “to spare these two women from the terrible indignity of having to testify in open court in front of a room full of strangers.”

Jury selection had been scheduled for Feb. 21. Now, Brown will be sentenced instead on April 16. With good behavior plus credit for the 18 months he has already spent in jail, his time in prison will amount to about five years, said defense lawyer Ronald Kliegerman.

“He’s relieved to have this over, so that he can eventually go on with his life,” the lawyer said after court.
