Feds push to seize ‘Mob Wives’ DiMichele’s TV show cash

“Mob Wives” vixen is fighting to keep the feds out of her pockets.

The reality show star will be sentenced for embezzlement Monday in Brooklyn federal court – and is desperately trying to prevent a $96,000 fine being sought by prosecutors.

The feds claim that DiMichele – who helped her Colombo associate hubby rip off a union – is raking $8,000 an episode for her role in the popular show that “glorifies organized crime,” according to a court filing.

“To allow her to profit from such an endeavor … would be a manifest injustice,” prosecutors argued last week in seeking the cash.

But DiMichele’s attorney blasted the demand and said that the raven-haired starlet has every right to earn a living on the show and is doing nothing illegal.

Lawyer John Wallenstein said that DiMichele is actually an “anti-mob” wife who openly laments her mafia past on the program.

“In reality, the show is about a group of women, loosely connected by their so-called affiliation with organized crime, arguing and fighting amongst themselves over petty grievances for the viewing pleasure of people who have no lives of their own,” Wallenstein said in a seething court filing.

“Far from glorifying “mob life”, Ms. DiMichele makes clear in the show that she is devastated by the position she finds herself in, and regrets what she has done,” he wrote.

DiMichele faces up to six months in prison for helping her Colombo goon hubby, Ed Garofalo, run a crooked trucking business.

With DiMichele blowing kisses in the front row, Garofalo was smacked with a seven-year sentence for murder conspiracy and witness tampering last month.

She is seeking probation and $20,000 in restitution.
