Man busted for stealing defibrillator in PATH station – again

A determined thief was busted a second time for attempting to steal a defibrillator from a PATH station, officials said.

Michael Howard, 20, was discovered with the stolen life saving device by Port Authority Cops aboard a train at the 33rd Street station at about 1 p.m. on Thursday, the PAPD said.

Howard then resisted and struggled with officers while flailing his arms before being subdued.

PAPD were responding to calls that a defibrillator had been taken from the 23rd Street PATH station.

Last December, Howard was arrested for the same theft in Newark Station, according to PAPD spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

Howard was charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
