Police arrested the heartless man accused of stabbing a livery cab driver in the eye with an umbrella in Brooklyn.

Shamel Allen, 28, was nabbed today at 11:30 a.m. and slapped with charges of manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon for last Thursday’s slaying.

Allen was allegedly a passenger in Orji-Ama Uro’s cab when he lashed out and plunged the tip of the umbrella into the single father’s eye at 5:30 p.m. on Lott Avenue and Thomas Boyland Street.

The motivation for the attack is still unknown, cops said.
