The man who police say fatally stabbed a livery cab driver in the eye with an umbrella was busted in Brooklyn yesterday.
Shamel Allen, 28, was nabbed at 11:30 a.m. and charged with manslaughter in last Thursday’s slaying, police said.
Orji-Ama Uro was driving Allen in the vicinity of Lott Avenue and Thomas Boyland Street in Brownsville when Allen plunged the tip of the umbrella into Uro’s eye, cops said.
